Results of a recent quote for replaster from a reputable local company.
Based on:
400 sq ft plaster, 81 linear feet perimeter, 88 linear feet tile, 30 linear feet toe tile
Standard white replaster: 2735
Colored plaster (low end): 4477
New tile: 1450
Toe tile: 150
5 days brushing, chemical startup : 350
Pool light replacement: 325
Sand filter cleaning: 98
More than the 2-3K I thought I was going to get away with. We may keep our old tile and just go with the standard white to keep costs down. The std white has a 2 yr warranty, the colored has 10 yr though.
