Clormatic III troubles

I am new to posting on this forum but have read threads and have found very useful tips in the past. I am hoping someone has some experience with the Clormatic III Salt System (CM601). It is about 5 years old (it came with my house I bought 3 summers ago) and has worked fine up until now. After opening the pool (new liner replaced - :eek: )about a week ago it was giving me Service Code 120. I took out the cell and acid washed it and replaced. It worked fine for a day then back to the same code. Last night it was flashing all kinds of codes at me and today it just says "Wait" on the control panel. I have turned off and on again and still says "wait". I called Jandy tech support and all they did was give me pool guys phone numbers in my area - thanks! I was just wondering if anyone else has had this happen and if so, what they had to replace. I realize I will have to call someone to look at it but they will just want to sell me a whole new system, so I am hoping I can inform myself a little more before someone comes. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
