Hi,
I have a 27 foot round above ground pool. Some of the uprights seem a little bit crooked to me. A couple seem to be leaning inwards toward the pool, and one seems like it's leaning a bit sideways. This is something that you only see if you stare at it for a while--it's not something that's very obvious. Is this something that I need to worry about? The pool is only 4 years old.
Thanks!

Hi, the post leaning in is usually a leveling issue. The crooked one can be adjusted by changing the screw holes in the top rails or sometimes by gently tapping the foot plate at the bottom.
With a pool full of water and being four years old I would not change a thing. This can be dealt with at the next liner change.

Have you checked your level on the pool?
Measure from top of wall to water level, I'm pretty certain there will be some minor variance in the measurements, this is why your uprights look slightly off, nothing to worry about, on most AG pools, a difference of 1" between the high and low measurement is acceptable.

Hi,
Thank you both for the information. I measured the water level and it's off in a couple spots by 1/4". This is OK? I'm always so nervous about this pool--our last one (granted it was an old pool and had the liner changed a few times) collapsed in the middle of winter. I'm so afraid about this new one collapsing. I'm always checking to make sure that it's still there! :-)
Thanks!

Sounds to me like you are just fine. I am sure a lot of people out there wish there pools were so level.
Enjoy, Dennis
