Hi,
I`ve generally been happy with our pool company. They open/close the pool and have replaced our pump. This year, we started having problems:
- put pool filter on backwards
- the pump for the robot seems broken, they didn`t mention it.
- left stake out by pool
- I think we have an air leak as there are lots of bubbles in the filter basket. Didn`t mention it.
- sent people that don`t speak english. Couldn`t answer our questions
We need a number of repairs to our pool as its about 18 years old now:
- pump for robot needs to be replaced
- leak needs to be fixed
- fountain has leak
- tiles are starting to fall off and need to be replaced
- cover of main drain has floated off
- I think I`m seeing DE in the pool.
I`d love to do these myself but I`m not great with electricity/tools/repair. I wonder if anyone knows of a good contractor in Northern Westchester?
Alternatively, how hard would it be for me to do some of these myself?
tia,
jd
