Replace a section of rusted wall

I have a spot under my skimmer that is rusting and the wall is starting to split. I found a place online i can order a new piece of wall. However i am concerned if i can reuse my existing liner or not. The liner is probaly 8 years old or so.

I was also planning on replacing the skimmer.
