I have always had a cartridge filter for my Hydro Force above ground pool. This year a friend gave us a Hayward Ultra-ProLx pump and a Hayward Pro Series sand filter. I just used a test strip in my water..
The readings are as follows: FAC=2, TCL=5, ALK=120, PH=9.0, TH=100, and CYA=30-50...

Water is cloudy.. Please Help... What do I do? I would like to use the BBB method if possible.

If "FAC" = free available chlorine, and "TCL" = total chlorine . . . you've got goop in your water that has NOTHING to do with your filter.

There are many possible kinds of 'goop':
+ ammonia based algae treatments (Green to Clean, Yellow Out, etc)
+ bromine based algae treatments (anything made by United Chemical)
+ partially 'eaten' stabilizer (if you didn't drain and refill your pool)
+ X-in-1 pool 'chlorine' that is mixed with only God knows what. (Clorox, Arm & Hammer pool chems, and many others)

But . . . I don't trust your testing!

Unless you used a freshly calibrated pH meter, there is no way you could get a result of "9.0". Your pool could BE at 9.0 -- a huge dose of pH Up would do that -- but you just couldn't test it: no pool test methods measure that high.

So . . . get a HTH 6-Way Test Kit from Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B01JLY4KEM/poolbooks/) or Walmart (https://www.walmart.com/ip/101959375), retest, and report what you find.
