My above ground pool broke 2 support posts at the bottom rail and blew out the liner and damaged the wall also.I bought it from Namco ,It is only a year old and I was just about to take off the cover when I noticed it was empty!.
I installed it myself last year ,by the book.and then some.I just sent the company pictures of the damage and am waiting on them to get back with me on what they are going to do.
It has a 35 year warranty,1st 3 years 100% coverage. I believe it will only cover parts.
What should I expect?,Will they do the labor of putting it back together?Fill up water?$ Ect...
It was a lot of work,I dont want to do it again and have the same thing happen next year or sooner.
Any input would be greatly appreciated
Thank you

Any chance you could post those pictures here. I am sure many of us would like to comment on this. There just might be something to be learned about pool brands and installation.

Sorry you are having to go through this. It's not fun.

Thanks, Dennis

Thanks for the quick reply,

I cant seem to downsize the pics to post on this forum ,so I believe this link will get you there.
I think the liner might have fallen off the bead, causing some how to give out.I was about 20 minutes away from taking off the cover when I noticed the pool was empty.

That is sad to see. To put that much work into something and have that happen. Your idea is probably right. If the water starts getting in behind the liner that's what could happen.

Thanks for the link to the pics and best of luck getting it up and running again. Dennis
