I have an old pool probably built in in the late 70's with the house. I am having a hard time finding the flat covers that sit on the bottom of the pool. These covers go over the water return holes approximately 5 1/2 inches with a snowflake shaped hole pattern.

Your best bet is to find the oldest, rattiest pool dealer in town . . . and ask them. If you're lucky, you may even find some old guy who INSTALLED whatever it is you have on your pool. Honestly, I have no idea what you are talking about, and have never seen anything like that.
But, if you call SCP Wholesalers in Phoenix (623) 869-0846) they may be able to tell you who that local 'old guy' who would know is.
