Well water in pool

I am just posting my first post. I know last year I had a very hard time with the pool (intex 30inx12ft) and trying to keep it clear. It is mainly used by three girls aged 7 to 4. The water was constantly yellow no matter what I tried. Bleach turns the well water yellow as well. I also could not deem to keep the chlorine level up at all.
