In need of help

I have a 24x52 round above ground pool. I have had my pool about 5 seasons. Last year my pool company that I use told me my cya was too high. So high it wouldn't even read. Told me to drain the pool by 60% and refill. I did as told. Bought serval hundred dollars in chemicals to get everything where they should be. This helped for about 3 weeks. When my pool water turned cloudy again I took water to pool company to be tested again. Once again my cya levels was high like 200. I had to drain again and refill. Bought more chemicals. Only for the same thing to happen again right before I closed it last summer. Mid April we decided to open our pool early because of all the trouble last year we wanted to get an early start. My pool still have high levels of cya. I was told to drain 50%. But I completely drained what I could. i still have maybe an inch of water standing.
My question would be where do I start now using the Bbb method?
i do have a test kit. It's the 6 way I bought from Walmart. Waiting on my k2006 from Amazon. Please help..
