I'm very much a novice and took on this pool after my brother passed away. It is a 25K gallon pool with attached hot tub. The water flows from the hot tub into the pool. It has water features but typically during the week when not in use just the filter and polaris run (both timed)
SWG (Jandy) and cartridge filter (pentair).

Located in the New Orleans area. Heat and rain. I can keep a pretty good tab on the chlorine and salt levels but I struggle with pH control. When I bring the water in for testing, most levels are typically in line with where they should be unless something is wrong (the SWG needed cleaning and the sensor went bad last month). Almost always needs acid. The pool is gunite and approx 5 years old.
I am probably leaving out some information and apologize. Please feel free to ask.
Thanks.
Tom
