I just moved into a new home june 30th, since I have an in ground pool and have had to add quite a bit of water over the summer. Same pool guy as previous owner and he mentioned the pool using more water after they put it up for sale. Of course they deny any knowledge of this. About every other day I have had to add water to keep skimmers from sucking air and blowing bubbles out of the return lines. There have been several days that were over 100° but a majority of the pool is shadded. The pool guy showed me a previous repair spot inside one of the skimmers. He said he can do a leak test for $480. I have not tried a leak test yet. Any suggestions would be appreciated. (Like what's a reasonable cost for a leak test what legal options do I have for non-disclosure)
