My liner was just replaced with a new one in my 16 x 36 pool. Now full of water, I notice at night with the pool light on a bunch of bumps and wrinkles, some so bad they cast a shadow ( what made me look closer ) 1. can these be fixed, 2. if not do they shorten the life of the liner? I don't see them in the day only feel them in the shallow end. The color scheme of the liner camouflages in the daylight.
