Pool cover came off during winter and was not secured properly and got full of fall leaves and spring maple tree helecopters, then a major algae condition when opened in spring. I gave up trying to clear with salt system and went to a BBB approach, after taking salt system out of line and running directly off of pump. Can I resume salt system once I get water clear and testing normal without damaging it?
