Hi, I recently had a pool re-plastered in the last week. They sandblasted, base coated, and applied plaster. Not only does the plastering itself look horrible, but the light cannot be attached correctly and the steps to get out of the pool in the deep end are off center. The pool doesn't look so badly in the sunlight, but if shadowed over or at night you can really see huge flaws and imperfections in the work. I didn't expect to have a perfect surface, but this is horrifying. I spent several thousand dollars on this and am very concerned about the workmanship. The contractor is blowing me off and I'm not sure what to do. I wish I could attach a picture to obtain another viewpoint. I'm not sure where to proceed. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
