I have an in ground pool and we bought a new liner online. We had to take off the old one because water was getting behind it. There are holes in the concrete where water is coming in from underneath. We have used many concrete binders to try to seal the holes, but because water keeps coming in they can't dry. Any suggestions? If we can't fix the leaks, we will put a pump underneath the liner to suck out the water.
