I have just gotten my pool filled and tested. The results came back good. I have my pump going for the first time, seems to be doing its job..my question is...pool was filled with well water..just got all the bugs and debris out of my pool, since the water is green, should I just let the pump take care of it, or should I shock it? I have the pump on an 8 hr schedule. Intex pool, 16x48. I'm just so anxious to start using it. I am a first time owner, so pretty much a novice to everything! Thanks!
