Liner Lock Replacement

I want to replace my liner lock, but I'm having a hard time finding it (see photo). I've tried the liner lock bead 1/4" wide product, but it's too narrow and slips right out. Can someone tell me where to find the original liner lock, or suggest a replacement product?
