I had the subject board go bad and was not willing to pay $600+ to replace the board. I replaced the 4 relays on the board and the relay driver IC and the board is working for less than $20 in parts and about an hour or 2 of labor.
needed:
4 ea. Mfr. PN#T81N5D312-24 relays (<$3 ea.)
1 ea. Mfr. PN# ULN2004AN Darlington Transistor Array (<$1ea)
Desoldering iron was about $40
Got them all at element14.com or www.newark.com
The board problem was it stopped working via timer and would not shut off via the switch. The pump relay would shut off when disconnecting SK6
