ID this pool please?

Hi, new guy here ;). I am going to look at a home sat am, several hundred miles from here and it has an in ground pool. My realtor knows nothing about it though. It is in a separate pool house. Not sure if the pic, which is from the listing will work here. Here is the listing(click on additional photos and it is pic #25). Any insight on the size or likely material used? Thanks! Jeff
