Hi, I joined 2 years ago but had to take my pool down when it was damaged by a home repair person. Since then I had lost my sign in info so I just re-registered. I just now have put up my 14ft. AG Intex pool and have to relearn all the basics that I forgot. So far I have put in a double dose of 8..25 bleach while the water is filling and will put some-more in before bed. Still have to hook up the pump. My question is, before my pool was damaged I was going to start using Tri-Chlor tabs. That was before I began reading on the BBB method. I did have a salt water generator that did a good job but it was rusting out the metal on the pool so I decided to change back to Chlorine. I now own a large bucket of pucks and would really like to use them up some way. Is it possible to use both until they are gone?
