Beaded Liner unhooked from molding after filling with water

I recently installed a new beaded liner, refilled my pool and treated with chemicals. Roughly a week after filling and treating the water the beaded liner pulled free from Jhook strip in an area roughly 1 foot long. I stopped the liner from continuing to pull free by installing 2 Popsicle sticks (one on each side of area that has pulled loose. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to reattach without emptying water?

I will greatly appreciate any help or suggestions!
