Hello. Im new to the forum and going into our 3rd year of a new i/g pool. Pool is 22000 gal vinyl liner with sand filter and 1.5 hp pump. My problem is my wife seems to have a problem with chlorine sensitivity she breaks out into a rash every time she gets in then it takes about a week for her to get over it.
The first year we used a puck feeder with 3in pucks and had good success with the water quality but her rash problem was really bad. So the 2nd year i started reading your forum and switched to the BBB method we made sure ph was always good and did chlorine demand test several times and everything was always good in fact the season was very trouble free and smooth except that even though i would keep our chlorine level down to around 2 my wife still had a rash problem not as bad as before but still a problem. She's even good about getting a shower shortly after she's done swimming but still a problem. I need some advice. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
