Buster Crabbe pool wall

We have a 20x40 ( not rectangular, odd shaped) Buster Crabbe in ground pool. Three sections of the wood wall have come away from the wall, about 2-3 inches. I was able to see this as the liner came away from the wall, so I decided to replace the liner. I am wondering what the best way to replace them, which wont cost us $25,000.
