I need to buy a replacement propane Spa heater (about 400K). What's a reputable on-line company I should be shopping at?
It's not about finding the lowest price - but low price is important. I want to buy from a company that is good to work with if there is a problem and someone that's been in business for a while.

If you don't need expertise, there's Amazon. They're very good about returns should a problem arise. The biggest items I've burchased from them (for my pool) are salt cells. They hit the bank for under $500, and a 400,000btu heater is going to be WAY over that. That seems like a huge one, or maybe mine is undersized. My spa is heated by an 80k propane heater.

Thanks for your response. Amazon is a good idea.
I've purchased a lot a items on-line and saved the websites, but when I did a computer upgrade, I forgot to save/copy my Internet Explorer Favorites.
I have both a Heat Pump (RayPak RHP100) and a Spa heater (Jandy Lite2 LP400) that are now over 7 years and need replacement (mostly due to exterior corrosion). I would really like to find a product that will last as long as my home A/C unit (heat Pump) which lasted 20+years. I'm think I am going to start with replacing the pool heat pump since that would get the most use.
Now I just need to find the best unit (i.e. cupro-nickel with a long warranty on the compressor/system).

I have had success wit Inyo pools and they are based in Florida, have pretty good tech support, etc.
