Letro Legend floating, not making contact with bottom

I have a letro legend pool cleaner (5 yrs old) that hasn’t been working properly lately. It runs on the bottom with the front two wheels 2-3 inches off the ground, which I think is preventing any leaves from getting sucked into the bag. The wheels are moving at the proper speed and have plenty of torque, they just aren’t touching the pool bottom. I’ve checked everything else I can think of, all jets seem to have plenty of pressure. Any ideas?
