I have a Kool Deck or similar surface surrounding my pool. The under edge next to the water is very grey looking. I assume accumulated oils and dirt, with possible hard water issues. What chemical or cleaner will cut through and clean it? The tile below it is somewhat dirty too, but it is pretty slick so it should clean easier. Thanks.
