Planning to relocate the pool heater closer to the side of the house, got 4 feet clearance from the window opennings, I do have a crawl space vent close to the desire location (1 feet away from the heater exhaust), is that ok? The crawl space vent is not for furnace air intake. I have a external combo air-con/heater sitting far away from the pool heater. Thanks for the feedback!

I am no expert on pool heaters (non-solar), but an exhaust near a crawlspace vent sounds like a deadly dangerous code-violating idea that could spread deadly carbon monoxide through your house. Crawl spaces are not hermetically sealed off from the house (I duck-walked through many as a young carpenter...when I was still young!).
Is it possible to run an exhaust vent from the heater to a safe location that meets code?
