But yep - bought another house with a pool :)
Already have a problem. Haven't moved in yet (still in Escrow), went by today to visit (house is vacant) - seller let the level get too low, "my" pool pump now has a cracked housing and is jetting water out :(
As soon as I can post an attachment I'll send a picture. Pretty sure seller will take care of it, but just in case....
