Zodiac Aqua Pure 1400 "Cell Reversing" Always on

First time poster. I just replaced the Cell and Tri-Sensor on my Jandy Aqua Pure 1400 System. All working fine except the Cell Reversing light is on constantly. I believe this indicates a constant reverse polarity state.

Has anyone experienced this before?
Any suggestions on a cure?
