Compupools Salt System Walter Fault LED Illuminated

We are having some issues with our Compupool Salt System and the Water Fault LED Illuminated. We are trying to fix it without having to spend a fortune having a pool company come out. We believe it's the Water Flow Though Cell is Low, so we want to check for air in the system (First point) but we aren't sure how to do that. Can someone help guide us to where we need to go?
