what to add first

just opening pool, 21,000 inground, vinyl liner, sand filter. pool is clear, but does appear to have some light brownish on deep end of pool. it's very light.

what do I address first? do treat the copper first, then wait 15 minutes or so and add stabilizer then add Clorox or what how do you advise me to proceed? and how long in between each step do I wait until I add the next chemical. Please advise. pool is clear and don't want to wait to long to address the issues. Thanks!

additional information....while waiting for a reply, I decided to add bleach because I don't want any growth to start. after adding one bottle of 8.25%, the water turned a slight tint...like very light greenish dingy color. please advise as to how to proceed

Your pool turning slightly green after adding the bleach means, I'm guessing, the copper needs to be addressed. I'll let one of the "metal mavens" help you with that. Otherwise, your numbers are good for opening. Your CYA is a tad low, and your pH is a tad high. but neither is bad.
