I'm posting this as a new thread as directed in the New Users section. Let me know if I'm in error.

I'm getting the air bubbles from all (3) jets, as well as Letro Legend sweeper. I know the air leak must be on pressure side as I've got some air in the pump basket. I've see great tips on this forum I plan to try, but haven't seen mention of older Jandy valve diverters. Mine have the old grease cups, and one has a cracked knob, so I can't actually "use" it. I'm wondering if this could be the culprit. There is one Jandy for the main drain (broken knob) and another for the two skimmers (knob ok). I've tried to isolate things by shutting one or the other off, but have not seen much/any difference.

Thanks,

I know the air leak must be on pressure side as I've got some air in the pump basket. That means the air leak is on the suction side and not the pressure side. Pressure side leaks spray water.

The most common place for an air leak is the pump lid gasket. Check for cracks and replace. Sometimes pool lube can help. Other places are the pump drain plugs and yes, valves.

Thanks Mark.

I was thinking Suction, but wrote Pressure! I've replaced the rubber gasket on the pump lid gasket as well as the two drain plugs. No change......

Then the next step is to look at the valves. Are these the ones with the screws so you can take it apart? Sometimes the o-rings get old and crack.
