WoW! Stabilizer of 150 is REALLY high! You have two choices. 1- do a partial drain and lower it. Actually, it would take a couple of partial drains to get it down to a manageable level. We like a stabilizer level of 30-50, but can live with it some higher. 2- Keep your level as it is but runner higher than normal chlorine levels. See the chart at the following link for more about that.

A few other comments. Ph is way too low. That is your most immediate problem. PH below 7.0 is acidic and can damage your pool. Add a box of Borax to your skimmer while the pump is running. Wait 3-4 hours to let it circulate, then retest and redose til you get it above 7.0. Then, go with smaller doses til you get it to 7.4-7.6.

You don't have chlorine and bromine in your pool. Unless you have added bromine, you don't have any. In a vinyl pool, calcium hardness isn't relevant as long as it isn't above 500.

Any more questions or help needed - ask away.

EDIT: The more I think about it, with a 28,000 gallon pool, you could probably get away with adding 2 boxes initially.
