I usually don't have troubles taking things apart and putting them back together again. However installing drive train gears on my 2004 Polaris 360 is giving me problems. I can get them installed but they don't turn. It is really a tight fit. Anybody have any suggestions? I believe I have followed the instructions.

Not me! It's been over 20 years since I disassembled a Polaris (180).
. . . membership upgraded.

I figured it out! I had one of the gears installed backwards! Now it runs great!
