Hi. I came onto the forum to thank whoever thought of using PVC pipe weights for this purpose and to share the adaptation I used for a somewhat larger staircase style of pool steps.
Perhaps someone could guide me to the appropriate thread.

EDIT -- I was right, it was AnnaK. There may be multiple threads where she shares her idea but I found at least one of them here:
