I was wondering as I'm doing my research for salt, could you use water softener salt for the pool?

The intex manual says it has to be 99.8% pure salt. This is 99.5%. Would it work? It's so much cheaper then anything labeled pool salt.

I don't think so.. It will not dissolve very well... I use the Pool Salt at Lowes.

I'm not seeing pool salt at lowes online. What brand is it?
