Pool Heater - Leak

I have a Jandy Legacy LRZ175MN and need a replacement part - I believe it is called the "header gasket assembly" - it is made of black PVC (I have a photo but can't attach it ??). Any idea of what might be going on ?

Help ! Where can I get a replacement part ? Any suggestions would be appreciated !
