Aquadroid barely moves

I have a relatively old ARNESON AquaDroid. It worked really well until around a year ago. Now, it barely moves. I just opened it and cleaned any slime and dirt that was in it. I put everything exactly where it should be, and still no go.

The turbine spins and both pod kits (little walking things) move as they should. I put my hand on the back screen and do not feel any water pressure coming out. So, it looks like this is where the issue resides.

I noticed a small hairline crack near one of the top port holes, but this is outside of the inner casing where all the parts are. I, also, noticed a slight slice in the part of the hose that goes onto the Aquadroid. I am not sure this is the issue, either, since the Turbine spins. But, I could be wrong.

I was thinking about replacing the gearbox, but I am not sure if this is the problem, nor do I know if it has anything to do with propulsion.
