Booster or no booster pump

I am looking at replacing my polaris. I currently have a booster pump model. My original pool had a non-booster pump model. I do not know if my current one has not worked optimal since we bought this place, however I do not see the advantage of the booster pump. What are others feelings on booster or no booster.

We live with lots of trees.

Definitely no Booster. No reason to have one since there are many cleaners that work well without one. One of my favorites is ThePoolCleaner. It requires the least amount of flow rate of any cleaner.
