Support from Polaris (now Zodiac) these days is pretty much nonexistent. The system was only around for a couple of years before Polaris was bought out anyway. I actually have two of these running in two rental homes in Florida, chosen basically because they were much cheaper than Jandy and didn't require additional hardware (only software) so I could do remote control with a PC.
