How to install solar cover reel on 4x4 posts

I have a 21' round AG pool and just bought a solar reel and want to mount it off the pool on 4x4 posts but didn't know if there was a rule as to knowing where to put the poles. Any help would be great. Thanks

No rules that I know of - on a round pole, I think anywhere you can get it to work would be good.
