As I emailed you, the "Pool Solutions" pool chemical products are manufactured by a pool chemical company up your way, and have nothing to do with us. "Pool Solutions" is just one of the labels they use.
Unfortunately, I never trademarked the PoolSolutions name, so I can't do much about it. And in any case, it's doubtful I could have trademarked "Pool Solutions" (with the space).
