My Pool Pilot is giving me the warning check/clean cell. I added 50 lbs of salt (now at 3300ppm), my power level is at 2, cell=17v 3.9a, software 4.2, cell sc-60 temp is at 82. Flushed cell out yesterday with water. Any other ideas?

Maybe someone with a poolpilot can comment more specifically. I have an aquarite system and it does that every few months. You're supposed to shut things down, remove and physically inspect and clean the cell. Once you've done it there should be a way to "reset" the clean cell indicator. On my aquarite you hold down the only button on the unit for a few seconds.
It's a lot like the "oil change" indicator in a car.

mommamichele, Did you get the amps and volts after you put the unit in Boost? If you did, the lower than normal amps and volts would indicate a damaged power module. It may also be due to the power going to the unit. Do you have the AutoPilot powered up whenever the pump turns on, or are you using the AutoPilot as a time clock for the pump?
If the AutoPilot is on it's own circuit breakers, turn them off, wait a few seconds, then turn them back on.
If there are two breakers (usually 220 volts), and one of the two breakers is bad, you may be getting 110 volts to it, which can also give you the lower amps and volts.
