Since my brother-in-law has moved out of state my wife has volunteered me to fix stuff on my mother-in-law's pool (not a big deal as the kids go swimming there a lot in the summer). Yesterday I "fixed" the ladder and adjusted it as it was never actually sitting on the pool bottom. I also added weight to the ladder to keep it from floating up and away using the 3" PVC filled with sand/water/bleach then capping them off. My only issue now is that I can't seem to find replacement piece for her ladder that attaches to the deck and then the ladder sits down on to. I have posted a few pictures below. I haven't had an opportunity yet to check in with a few of the local pool supply places around here but plan to do so sometime soon. Thanks for any help
