I have a pool cover and looking to buy parts for it like the rope pulley I am not even sure who is the manufacture at this point

I know nothing about electric pool covers and quite honestly, this is not something I remember reading posts about on the forum and I have been here for a long time. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you that someone will be able to give you some advice,
