looking for a good test kit

I'm in Canada ( On. ) I have a taylor complete ( high ) but its 3 years old, I'm looking for a place that will ship to Canada, maybe get a new kit or just the reagents
Cant seem to seacrh which is a bummer

This is the only practical source I know of in Canada:

My understanding is that it's not legal to ship the kits across the border, through quite a few people have been able to carry them across, or have friends do so. And some times US retailers will ship -- if so, you're in luck. THEY are the ones in trouble if they get caught.
