Raypack sns issue

Hi
My raypack rp2100 is throwing a sns code. I've changed the temp sensor and thp problem persists.
Any ideas / help?

Yes,

1. Read your manual.
2. Follow any troubleshooting procedure in the manual
3. If the problem persists, call Raypak, but be prepared to convince the tech that you have done step #2 .
4. If that tech can't help, and you have done step #2, ask to speak to a level 2 tech, or his supervisor.

(There are too many electronic gizmos on pools today -- every one different -- for anyone to know the 'codes' or problems on all, or even most, of them. Even devices with the same product number, may have different electronic 'guts'. Your first option should almost always be the manufacturer on such devices. Next, you might want to to post at poolspaforum.com. Unlike PoolForum.com, there are a lot of pool industry types there, and your chances of getting a response from someone who has worked on your particular unit is better. That said, I regularly encounter pool guys at the local wholesaler who have only the barest comprehension of the electronic devices they sell! )
