aqualink rs8 problem

my poolman replaced a relay and then when a program didn't work properly, he deleted the memory. we restarted the rs8 and now the programs work fine. but.....i am missing some of the links. the links that are missing are pool light, sheer descent(water feature) spa whirlpool and spa air blower. all i have is a bunch of aux tities. how can i recapture those links? are they in the rs8 somewhere? my poolman hasn't answered my voicemail to him so i thought i would try here.

You may get an answer (I can't give you one) but I'd recommend:
1. downloading the manual.
2. going through the troubleshooting steps recommended (even if they don't apply)
3. calling aqualink support. Level 1 techs will tell you to do #2 above; let them walk you through and say, "yes, I did that and "X" happened".
4. after they've exhausted their script, you can ask for a more senior tech, who may be able to help.
