cleaning coping and concrete around pool and sealing it

what is best way to clean the coping around the pool and for that matter the concrete. Other than of course hiring someone.

Also is there something to seal the concrete once it's cleaned? We have orange dirt and it stains horribly every time any worker comes to the pool. I need to do something.
